In her role as Development Director at Young Audiences of Western New York, Elizabeth (Beth) Ireland develops, manages and cultivates relationships with community stakeholders, donors, prospective donors, corporations, board members, and government leaders. She also leads the Communications Team by curating, writing and implementing social media and marketing strategies.

She is a graduate of Daemen College where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Individualized Studies focusing on Arts and Cultural History and of the University at Buffalo earning her Masters of Arts & Sciences in Arts Management. Beth became familiar with the administrative side of the arts with positions at Hallwalls Contemporary Arts Center, the Albright-Knox Art Gallery, the Buffalo Philharmonic Orchestra and The Buffalo History Museum. Through these experiences, she has seen the impact different art mediums have on improving and strengthening communities, especially in Buffalo. Beth is committed to advocating for making the arts accessible to all ages and creating in-depth arts-in-education opportunities for our youth to become successful lifelong learners.
